Stefan comes to Mojo Mentoring with a wealth of knowledge in therapeutic applications to assist in developing self-regulation, mental health and connection to SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time Based), not to mention he has the charisma to match!

Personal Skills include:

• assisting to assess normal developmental lifespan milestones in conjunction with disability, as often any change in the person is attributed solely to the disability (e.g. puberty, school transitioning, relationships etc)

• offering Narrative and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy tailored to the individual to improve and strengthen approaches to managing daily life, social skills and capacity building

• with years of experience in Employment Services, Stefan has also fostered great connections with other service providers to connect and support people in their journey to meaningful employment participation

• supporting Participants to identify and connect with practical, local, sustainable activities that build skills, connections and social participation

• practical teaching approach to support development in money handling and purchasing, and social component skills (greeting, eye contact, turn taking, patience etc) through verbal/card instructions
